About us

Great Yarmouth Services Ltd is Great Yarmouth Borough Council's wholly owned company, established to deliver the Council's waste and street scenes services. This is an exciting transition for the Council, bringing full control of how these services are delivered directly under the Council's control.

Our mission is to provide effective and efficient services to the residents, communities, businesses, visitors and stakeholders of the borough of Great Yarmouth.

We undertake the management of waste collection services including rubbish, recycling, garden waste and bulky items. We ensure Council-owned outdoor grounds and leisure facilities are maintained to first class levels, while delivering street scene services ensuring the cleanliness of public areas is maintained.

We also provide a professional pest control service, delivered by highly trained and skilled staff who are able to remove the issue and offer ongoing prevention services.
