Bulky item collection booking

This form enables you to arrange for any bulky items you wish to dispose of to be collected by the Borough Council. In order for the Council to proceed, we will need to collect the following information:

• The items you wish to have picked up (maximum of 6 items)
• The address where the items will be collected from
• The day you wish to have the items collected (available dates will be shown for your address)
• Your contact details
• Your payment (taken through our online payment system)

Once your order has been successfully completed you will receive confirmation by email, and you can review the order details from your My Account History.

Please be aware of the following:

• items must be left outside the building on ground floor level by 6.30am on the day of collection - we cannot collect from inside buildings (this includes blocks of flats etc)
• your items must be at your nearest collection point - if leaving items on a driveway, the crew should not have to move the items past cars/caravans to avoid damage
• we cannot collect any of these items: gas bottles, asbestos, chemicals, paint, sunbed tubes, coal bunkers or any unidentified substance in any type of container
• the contents of fridges and freezers must be emptied before being left out for collection
• please note that once booked, payment is non-refundable
